How to Apply

The applicants are encouraged to read the following information before filling up the Admission Form carefully.
(1) – The applicant either male or female, who fulfills the requirements as prescribed by the Afro-Asian Institute/GC University Faisalabad/Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF)/Punjab Pharmacy Council (PPC) and conditions mentioned in the prospectus, is eligible to apply for admission.
(2) – Age limit for applicants is up to 24 years for BS Programs, 35 years for Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF) and NO age limit for Pharmacy Technician Diploma
(3) – The selection of applicant shall be on open merit, determined on the basis of marks obtained in the last examination and such other criteria as University may determine.
(4) – An applicant may apply online via Admissions Portal of Afro-Asian Institute’s on our Official Website (www.afroasian.edu.pk) & fill up the Admission Form carefully. (FREE OF COST)
(5) – After submitting your form, upload the demanded documents.
(6) – To confirm your seat, pay Admission Fee which is Rs. 20,000/- for each programme (non-refundable).
(7) – Please attach Character/Hope Certificate with Admission Form in case of result awaiting candidates.
(8) – The Admission Form MUST be filled and signed by the applicant/Guardian. Applicants awaiting final exam results are also eligible to apply for admission. However, in such cases, they will be deprived of qualification weightage and will be purely evaluated based on their previous score.
(9) – The applicants bearing O-Level, A-Level, DAE, Diploma etc. qualifications or equivalent are required to submit their IBCC Equivalence Certificate from Federal Board/Lahore Board in order to determine their eligibility. If an applicant fails to produce the same, he/she will not be given qualification weightage.
(10) – Please mention your permanent address, and at least two (2) contact numbers clearly.
(11) – Hostel facility is available. The Institute’s transport is also available within the Lahore City. (12) – All admissions will be granted on “Provisional” basis. It is the sole responsibility of the selected applicants to provide proof of their eligibility within 3 weeks of the declaration of the result, failing to which their admission will be cancelled.
(13) – The applicants are strongly encouraged to take special care of the fee deadlines; otherwise he/she will be deprived of admission.
(14) – An applicant can apply in two degree/diploma programs at a time.
(15) – In order to avoid any inconvenience, please submit your Admission Form before the admission closing date, please visit or contact Admission Office for the further processing of your Admission Form.
(16) – The Institute is authorized to amend its rules any time without any prior information.
(17) – Incomplete Admission Forms will be rejected. Documents once submitted are non-returnable.
